HEF is unlike any other health management product on the market today in that it continuously collects data while building a massive intelligence database and combining it with documented research, giving people the personalized information and direction they need without requiring them to go find it. When users are engaged with HEF, they will be able to manage their health through convenient digital communication with a “virtual coach” that will provide motivation and tools based on the feedback individuals offer on an ongoing basis.  HEF is essentially “Quicken” for health.   

HealthEFirst further separates itself from other products by delivering a push communications service through two-way interaction.  It produces warnings, reminders, notifications and personal access to health information without human prompting.  The service seamlessly integrates with a payers electronic claims data, evidence based medicine rules, health records and provides custom messages to an individual insured or a select group from the insured member population base.

HealthEFirst targets health insurance companies. The company contracts to provide its entire platform of solutions. It works on a subscription-type model.   HealthEFirst is a replacement for unproven cost management programs currently existing within an insurer’s existng portfolio.  Costs are directly passed through to members at no cost to insurers.
